Kitsap Peninsula’s newest destination location on historic Front Street in Poulsbo–Eliason Square will feature modern amenities for office space, shopping, living and dining while honoring the building’s rich heritage and architectural style of the early 20th century. This development will involve both new construction and remodeling and will combine residential living with commercial and retail space along with an upscale restaurant and a dedicated outdoor gathering space that will become a hub for social gatherings. Located on the waterfront of “Little Norway,” Eliason Square will be a place to shop, eat, gather and connect. Estimated completion – late 2024

Completed in 2017, Chinook Center is two stories with over 10,000 square feet of usable space. Chinook Center was designed to accommodate both office space as well as warehouse space, down below. Chinook Center #2 is scheduled for completion in 2018.
